Abdullah Al Mamoon is a distinguished professional with a Master's Degree in
Economics and an illustrious career spanning several decades. He began his
professional journey in 1985 with Macneill & Killburn, a British company operating
in Bangladesh, and later served at Ganges Group, a prominent local firm. His early
career provided a solid foundation in corporate operations and business
development.
In the 1990s, Abdullah transitioned into the burgeoning IT sector in Bangladesh,
recognizing its potential to transform industries. His vision led to the establishment
of alltender.com in 2002, the first tender portal in Bangladesh. Over time,
alltender.com has grown to become the leading source for tender information in the
country, catering to a diverse range of industries and businesses. As the CEO of
alltender.com, he has played a pivotal role in modernizing the procurement process
and making tender information more accessible.
Through his extensive experience, Abdullah has developed a deep understanding of
procurement procedures and the intricacies of tender management. His expertise in
this area has made him a respected figure in the industry.

Md Annur Rahman, one of the owners of Alltender, has 25 years of experience in
business management and software development. His career is a blend of job and
business. Over the years, he has contributed to the growth and success of several
organizations, playing key roles in software design, development, and project
management. Mr. Rahman started his professional journey as a University Lecturer.
He enriched himself with the work experience in software development in Data Head
(Pvt.) Ltd., Solar Soft Limited and Alltender. He also gained business insight in Solar
Soft Limited as the Managing Director and in Bangladesh Building Systems PLC as the
factory head. His experience allowed him to blend technical expertise with business
insight, which is critical for developing innovative and effective technological
solutions. The combination of his technical background and understanding of
business processes has made him acutely aware of the potential of technology to
transform industries and societies.
He served Hridoya Bangladesh, an initiative dedicated to helping financially
challenged students pursue higher education, as the treasurer. This experience has
strengthened his commitment to giving back to the community and has given him a
sense of purpose in both his professional and personal life.
He earned BSc. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Bangladesh
University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and MBA in Human Resource
Management from Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University, which enhanced his
