With over a decade of experience in technology-driven service industries, she has been instrumental in shaping Alltender’s growth strategy, corporate governance standards, and expansion into a nationwide intelligence platform for public and private procurement.

Under her stewardship, Alltender has strengthened its position as a trusted provider of tender data analytics, procurement insights, and market-intelligence services. Foujia has championed initiatives that enhance the transparency, accessibility, and efficiency of tender information for businesses of all sizes — from emerging contractors to leading national enterprises.

Foujia’s leadership style is grounded in integrity, innovation, and a strong commitment to digital transformation. She actively promotes a culture of ethical business practices and encourages the continuous development of digital tools that simplify how companies discover opportunities and make bidding decisions.

Before joining Alltender, Foujia held leadership roles in the ICT and service sectors, where she oversaw operational expansion, digital product development, and organizational restructuring. Her diverse experience enables her to guide Alltender with a deep understanding of both technology and business impact.

She holds postgraduate qualifications in Business Administration and has participated in executive leadership programs focusing on corporate strategy, technology management, and organizational development.

As Chairman, Foujia Sultana’s vision is to build Alltender into a regional leader in procurement intelligence — a platform that empowers organizations with data-driven insights, supports transparency, and drives sustainable economic growth across Bangladesh.

Abdullah Al Mamoon

CEO

Abdullah Al Mamoon is a distinguished professional with a Master's Degree in Economics and an illustrious career spanning several decades. He began his professional journey in 1985 with Macneill & Killburn, a British company operating in Bangladesh, and later served at Ganges Group, a prominent local firm. His early career provided a solid foundation in corporate operations and business development.

In the 1990s, Abdullah transitioned into the burgeoning IT sector in Bangladesh, recognizing its potential to transform industries. His vision led to the establishment of alltender.com in 2002, the first tender portal in Bangladesh. Over time, alltender.com has grown to become the leading source for tender information in the country, catering to a diverse range of industries and businesses. As the CEO of alltender.com, he has played a pivotal role in modernizing the procurement process and making tender information more accessible.

Through his extensive experience, Abdullah has developed a deep understanding of procurement procedures and the intricacies of tender management. His expertise in this area has made him a respected figure in the industry. Beyond his professional life, Abdullah is keenly interested in current affairs and economic trends, both within Bangladesh and on a global scale. He also nurtures a passion for history and human anthropology, reflecting his broad intellectual curiosity.

Md Annur Rahman

Director

Md Annur Rahman, one of the owners of Alltender, has 25 years of experience in business management and software development. His career is a blend of job and business. Over the years, he has contributed to the growth and success of several organizations, playing key roles in software design, development, and project management. Mr. Rahman started his professional journey as a University Lecturer.

He enriched himself with the work experience in software development in Data Head (Pvt.) Ltd., Solar Soft Limited and Alltender. He also gained business insight in Solar Soft Limited as the Managing Director and in Bangladesh Building Systems PLC as the factory head. His experience allowed him to blend technical expertise with business insight, which is critical for developing innovative and effective technological solutions. The combination of his technical background and understanding of business processes has made him acutely aware of the potential of technology to transform industries and societies.

He served Hridoya Bangladesh, an initiative dedicated to helping financially challenged students pursue higher education, as the treasurer. This experience has strengthened his commitment to giving back to the community and has given him a sense of purpose in both his professional and personal life.

He earned BSc. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and MBA in Human Resource Management from Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University, which enhanced his leadership, management, and strategic thinking abilities—the skills that are essential in today’s interdisciplinary work environment.
